SV650 03/05 BOLT KITS

I have just been given our baby brother SV650 to play with this weekend so while I have it I will be putting together a comprehensive bolt replacement kit for it.
Also while I have it in my garage I will take as many measurements as I can to try to come up with anything else that will fit or can be altered.


I allready do the engine kit so I will just add the two togeather into one large kit. As most know on here you will get full instructions.

Here is the full list of what will be in the kit plus instructions for all locations also included in the kit will be the 32 engine bolt kit total bolt list will be
66 bolts plus 17 assorted washers all-high grade stainless steel allen (socket head).

Sounds good Chewy. :headbang: A lot of my bolts are ruined by the road salt from last winter... :pinch: So perhaps I'll buy I set this summer. First I'll have to find out where all of the bolts have to be mounted and if I can reach them. :D

Besides that, that black wheels look awful cool on the silver SV. :niceone: Ah well, 2005/2006 winter project...

Very easy to work on this bike will take you no time at all to do it. And you wont even have to take the plastics off to do the job.
Print out the list above then go and have a look around the bike then you will see how easy.

So very diffrent these two.
I do a kit for both 650s and the new one is miles better to pull and change the bolts, although it uses many more in the engine. 03/05 bike is very easy to work on.
