Wanted to ask a couple of tech questions...told the mechanic would be with me in a minute.......20 minutes later!....and then he seemed disinterested and was not a lot of help.

Ashley...has been really helpful but despite his optimism I've still not got any ECU\GPS connectors for my TRE

The full five from me, despite the poor response from the manager when I tried to get a discount on PC 111's and individual time on the Dyno, they have been top dollar for me, Got a good discount on the bike when I got it back in April!

Clothing department offers good discounts too!

Well I think they are bloody awful, poor trade ins, poor service, rude staff. But you have to use them as they are the only suzuki dealers in 40 miles!

Err, Southampton isn't 40 miles away, neither is Salisbury, both of these have soozie dealers!

Which dealership are you using, Verwood or Charminster Road? I have no problems with either, however do tend to use the Verwood site as I have a few mates there!

Sorry to here of your misfortune with them...who did you manage to upset???

No one really just they weren`t willing to haggle on a deal so I went else where saved a few hundered quid and they didn`t like it.

I`m pally with the a couple of other dealers in dorset who do me good deals on tyres etc just there not Suzuki.

Ordered a screen from them yesterday,arrived lunchtime today :niceone:

Went out to the bike,doesn't fit :(

Think i got an old shape sv650 screen.

called Crescent who were most apologetic and said would send one first thing Monday.

All other dealings have been great,so cannot damn them for one problem

Got the correct screen on Wednesday,with an oil filter in the box to cover my cost of sending the wrong screen back.
Can't really ask for much more than that in my opinion.

With the exception of Chwey's mods, TRE & cans, everything else was done by them (except the paint job, 10/10 Dream machine :hug: ) and delivered on time right to my door :supsmiley

I was amazed to go back to Crescent after a long time - I grew up riding motorcycles around Bournemouth, Crescent was my local shop, and about 20 years ago they MoT'd some very dodgy mopeds, Honda CB175's (CBee, please note...) etc for me and hardly failed anything. It was a tiny shop back then. I didn't even connect them with Crescent Suzuki racing when I started reading MCN 20 years later. So when I took my shiny SV back there for its service last summer I was amazed to see this fancy new dealership, with 2 floors, etc etc. Lot of teh same guys seemed to be there, though - nice bunch.
