I came across this online store today when I was surfing a bit. www.reifenversand.com
Already heard of them from someone else. These guys sell almost any tire for pretty low prices and if you buy for more than 130 euro, shipping is free. Even to the UK. ;)
Example 1:
1 front 120/70-17 Pirelli Diablo
1 rear 180/55-17 Pirelli Diablo
Total cost: 260 euro's (= 176,44 pounds) including shipping!
Example 2:
1 front 120/70-17 Michelin Pilot Power
1 rear 180/55-17 Michelin Pilot Power
Total cost: 264 euro's (= 179,16 pounds) including shipping!
I don't know anything about them codes on the tires, so I just picked the most expensive Diablo or Power tire they had on the site. So if you do know what all that codes mean, you can probably save some more cash.
The only thing you need to do is find someone who mounts the tires on your rims. :niceone:
Edit: I don't know the prices of tires in other European countries, but compared to the tireprices at the bikeshops in Holland it's possible for Dutch bikers to save like 250 euro's. Perhaps the UK is cheaper with tires.
