If I didn't already have the Quills and the G-Force (YES! They're still for sale :D ) Then I would have jumped at them. I had a Remus Grand Prix on my R6 and can say they are a very well made can indeed and sound awsome :niceone:

Is that number plate for real?

Would you buy two left shoes for your feet? It may be a great deal but us SV1000 owners are quite discerning :P

How loud are they?

After hearing moz's soundbites on his stainless Micron Betas, I've decided that's exactly the sound I want!

I went to Brands Hatch yesterday and concluded that not all race cans sound alike on a twin... some are deep and rumbling (e.g. Micron) some are more raw and raspy (e.g. Yoshimura and Scorpion). At least, that's my take from listening out and riding behind some bikes.

I'm probably becoming obsessed, but it's really important to me - the sound potential is why I bought a big twin! :niceone:

Any chance of a description or soundbite on these? If they sound good, I'll probably buy them - at the end of the day, Remus have a good reputation and these work out at a quarter of the price (plus postage).

what can i say!they sound a little sweeter than micron, not as loud as art or scorpion and very deep,i suppose the nearest sound was steve plater's or colin edwards sp2.

I dunno...

I'm very tempted, but by the time I've messed around getting a new sleeve and paid someone who knows what they're doing to rebuild it for me, I may as well have bought a new set.

Is there anything you could do on the price, or anyone you know that could sort them out first?
