Links section re-added

I've added a links section again. The old links can not be converted (not easily anyway) to the new one, so it will be easier for members to re-add their favourite links to the new setup.

If you require a category to be added, just ask an <a href="/forums/showgroups.php">Admin or Mod</a>.

Just one point - the 'SV Links' link seems to have replaced the 'New Posts' link on the front page.
