I went ahead and made a comprehensive video clip of the modified cans.
Needless to say, when I sit at stop lights I watch pebbles bounce. This bike always turns heads when I ride by at any speed now. Just an all around remade monster.

At the beginning you can hear me say "It's cold" and the high pitched noise that sounds like nails in a can when you see the Tac is actually my keys bouncing.

It's all stock man. Just came with the 07' if you don't have it I guess. I like the look of the cans. And since I recently found a guy that is going to coat the whole system flat black for me they will look sick with this black bike.
It's really hard to get an idea of how much rumble it has on a camera, you feel it more than hear it.
Ride-by's are going to be posted tomorrow.

I'm keepin my stock cans. I went to a lot of work grinding them down and polishing the aluminum. I also did the last baffle and peashooter thing. I think they sound GREAT!! And the best part is, they came free with the bike:cool:

Now that just plain ole' makes sense. As they age they will most likely sound deeper and louder. I had some drag pipes on an old 750 Shadow that were just obnoxious after a while.

I don't really think they'll change, much. Theere's no glass in them or anything like that. I f i remember correctly, there designed like what we used to (in carspeak) call turbo mufflers.
