View Full Version : akrapovic silencers and pipercross air filter

i have fitted the akrapovic silencers and they are top class the factory claim a 3-5 hp increase but it feels more because it is very noticeable, they are expensive but the best usually is , but they are well made.
the air filter came from jhs along with a neat alloy plate that allows you totally remove the top of the air filter box he claims 3 hp increase but the noise when you opened the throttle did my head in, so i have left the filter in place as it has a larger filter area but the top has gone back on. i shall now try one of his offset timing keys to give a bit more advance and see what that does

I love the Akro's...they are tops in my book BUT it doesn't look like they will make a full system for us. :crybaby: An obvious disadvantage with having a "unique" bike. :(

i can take a few piccies tomorrow after finishing with the powerbroze undertray however i dont have a sound recorder but it sound just like our ducati according to the wife

where did you find the tire hugger and the undertray. Also, where can I get me some of those Carbon Hangers?
