Music while riding

Do any of you ride and listen to music. I am looking for some noise canceling ear buds and not sure which ones to look at. Ive seen them from 20 bucks all they to a cpl of hundred.

I dont want to have to turn it up loud to hear. I wear ear plugs when I ride so that why I want the noise canceling ones.

Any way tell me what you use and a review of your set up.
