I placed an order with them and I need it right away, so I clicked on two-day shipping. They called me to let me know that I was only two days away and could just do ground shipping and also to make sure the pants I ordered were the correct size because they tend to run a little small. Now that is customer service!!!! :first: These guys seem to be real easy to deal with. I'll let you guys know if anything changes, but they rock so far!!

I've ordered from them several times. I'm a very satisfied customer and I will do business with them again and recommend them to others.

I ordered my jacket from them and it was not in stock. Within hours of placing the order online, I was called to be informed that it was out of stock. I was in no rush, so I said ok fine, whatever. They ended up drop shipping the jacket direct from their wholesaler and I got it in the amount of time I was expecting to arrive in the first place.

Good people doing good business! :first:

I like Kneedraggers and Starcycle. I've been told by another Vanson dealer in confidence, in fact, that they were placed on some sort of "probation" for selling Vanson gear too low. ... another strong vote goes to newenough.com. They've grown immensely from the days when they were mostly a buy/sell leathers outfit. Now they no longer do used gear and their customer service and expertise are second to none in riding gear. Plus their prices on stuff is superb, especially when the do closeouts on last years models, etc.

Purchased a two piece suit and a pair of boots as a Christmas gift. I was a little confused on the size so I called them up. Their recomendations were spot on, everything fit perfect. Prices aren't bad either.

Haven't placed the order with kneedraggers.com just yet (waiting to see if they can mototeck's new sv1000 undertail), but I will be soon. One thing I can say for certain is this: their website is excellently designed. Very functional, no glitches or broken links (that I've found), and very quick to load. Shows shipping charges right on the screen, along with your total. Easy to navigate, etc.

I'm just waiting to hear back from them via email, and then the order is going through. Can't wait.

Sent in my order last night. Actually sending everything to an uncle in pennsylvania, as he can then bring my stuff over, and i won't pay duty charges. Last night, my uncle calls me: Kneedraggers has already called him to tell him that my boots are on backorder. I can either ship what they have now, or wait and ship it all together. (I'll wait...)

Sent a couple of emails back and forth with the sales department before ordering regarding that mototeck undertail. It was looking good at first, but in the end was a bust. But, by the time they had emailed me with the bad news, they were already looking for a similar one. They found the hotbodies unit (which as we all know is the most similar to mototeck's), and were getting info on it for me, even though they don't normally carry it, on the off chance I'd like that instead of the mototeck.

Even though I'm just holding off on the undertail for now, it's another BIG thumbs up to kneedraggers.com's customer service. It's everything you guys said it was. To be honest, I love just shopping around on the site and seeing what they have.......Have you guys seen the prices on helmets there? Awesome! I know where I'll be getting my next one...
