Hi everyone, about a month ago i bought a silver 03 sv1000s. I love this bike so much, the low end torque is awesome, especially compared to my old 600 I-4. I ride the bike everyday and have already put on a pair of yosh rs-3 slip-ons and the sound is just awesome! I'm so glad to have the bike now and to be member of this sv community. SV's rule! :headbang:

Evil Twin,
Welcome to the site. Where are you located in SoCal? There's a small group of around eight SVs located in the L.A. area. :D

speaking of buying a 4 cylinder ....i recently road a fz6 yamaha....kinda sportier looking than the fz1 and is comfortable to sit on and smooth running as a sewing machine....at least in comparison to my sv.....now don't get me wrong !...i'm still love'in the sv1000 .....i just thought the little fz6 was cool:)

I've never ridden the Azusa cyn, maybe we can do a ride out there. I'm sure I can get a couple of the other SVers along too. Will pm you soon.
