Sunday of last week I ordered a brake bleeder hose and some Bel-Ray DOT 4 fluid from Dennis Kirk. I got a confirmation e-mail regarding my purchase and they charged my credit card. As of now no further e-mail regarding tracking numbers and no package has been delivered. If it is not here by Monday I will contact them and see what is up.

I wouldn't worry too much, but I would give them a call. If the item is in stock I have never waited over 3 days for delivery. I have dealt with them many times in the past and even returned stuff with excellent service. They offer price matching so I find the best advertised price in a magazine and they match it, only they don't charge for shipping if the order is over 100 dollars. I hope it all works out for you!

Yea... I've never had any bad news with DK.... and I've ordered close to a thousand dollars worth of stuff from them in the last 2 years. Beat It By a Buck and good customer service....... I wouldn't worry mate ;)

I did some research about Dennis Kirk and they seem highly rated. Only big complaint I have read is they don't normally supply tracking numbers. With this in mind it is probably on its way. If it is not hear on Monday or Tuesday I will contact them.

I've used Dennis Kirk since the 1980's, never had a problem. I does seem though that tracking numbers are a basic feature of a modern company doing buisness involving shipping.

I bought my SV though a place that did not have any tracking on their shipping. I possibly will never use them again. There were a few glitches, it took a long time, nobody knew where the bike was, I thought I had been ripped off until it showed up.

Tracking is good. Businesses that offer tracking are good.

Chris, Dennis Kirk is top notch, I've been buying from them for years and live 1/2 hr. ride away from the warehouse. They are the best I've seen for returns too. I'm sure you'll have your order soon.

Yep, It arrrived yesterday. Overall not that bad but I just wish they would provide a tracking number.

They seem to have a decent selection, and average prices. Definitely can find some outlet bargins.
