Vendors/people that are a pleasure to buy from or use.

I think we could use a thread for exceptional service way beyond what you could expect from someone.

I have two businesses I would like to recommend.

In all seriousness, Maz and Nigel's B&B operation in France. you all know the story, driving 600 miles to collect me, helping organize and fix my bike and making me most welcome at the same time. Check it out!!!! http://www.coupdecoeur.co.uk/

anyone looking for accommodations on holiday in the south of France can't go wrong if they book there. ( Full details in the Inter nation rescue and long way home threads. )

Secondly, Carol Nash insurance, again the help they gave me when I broke down abroad this year was truly amazing. No quibble about taxi's, hotel accommodation, multiple recoveries from motorway laybays, planes booked & paid for me and overseas bike recovery all done fast and all costs incurred by me refunded. You had to be in my situation to appreciate how they could have argued about costs, got fed up with ringing me back and not bothered to sort out airport flights on my behalf.

Check out the link here!!! http://www.carolenash.com/

Motorycle Superstore Great customer service. Just called them up when I had a problem with my order and they fixed everything -- no questions asked.

TFOG Racing. The only guys I'll let touch my bike besides me. And great prices.

For example: front and rear sprocket, chain, front brake pads, Pirelli Stradas front and rear tires, all assembled for less that $500. They're a small shop but that's how they stay good.

Having just rebuilt the SV via the internet, I have found there are excellent vendors out there:

http://www.exhaustdirect.net/

3/4 Yoshi at a good price and delivered here to NZ in 10 days

http://www.evotech-performance.com/

exhaust hangers

http://www.suzukisv1000.com/products/chewys_stuff.htm

Decals, tank raiser kit.

http://ausfr.com.au/

ABM top tripple tree & street fighter bars, billet mirrors, bar weights.

http://www.rapidartnz.com/

Crash bungs, brake connections

http://www.demonbikesonline.co.uk/

Flush mount indicators

http://www.onesecondfaster.com/servlet/StoreFront

Rear sets

http://www.exoticsportbike.com/index.htm

Sargent seat

In addition I've spent (invested) a small fortune with local bike shops, painters etc.

I spent a lot of time browsing and sorting out in my own mind what I wanted, and I have not been let down by a single supplier, the internet has to be the single most powerful way of emptying my wallet at a rate that even my wife finds astounding!!!!

WOW, I will have to go see him. I am really thinking about trying a 15/41~42 gearing w/a 520 chain. I wanted to do it on my last bike but didn't. I can do it myself but I have to get another rear stand and some other tools. Maybe TFOG is the answer!.

For my stick on great tuning in the Springs..www.sr-tuning.us is a great shop and Frank is a great guy dedicated to customer service and motorcycles in general!

Hamicad - excellent service

Hi
I just want to HIGHLY recommend Hamicad Ltd
I bought the tail tidy and grills and they both perfect quality and fit.
the customer service is excellent - i bought a aftermarket LED for my number plate (smaller than original one), but it didn't fit the hamicad tail tidy (the holes were too big and too far apart)
I contacted Andy and he offered to cut custom plates in order to fit my light.

Now I'm very happy

when i'm done i'll post pics
