What are you reading? (Book Club)

Just finished 13 Bankers a step by step account of what is wrong with the banking industry around the world, why it's not finished ,and what needs to done to avoid a total melt down in the not too distant future.Highly recommended.

If you love your bike let it go ,if it comes back you highsided.

Just finished Bernard Cornwells' Excalibur trilogy - great stuff, and now on The Fall of Atlantis, by Marion Zimmer Bradley. Next up, The Devils' Brood by Sharon Penman

Currently reading A View from the Foothills, the diaries of Chris Mullin. He was a former MP and Junior Minister who stood down at the end of the last Parliament. He is fairly candid in his condemnation of many of his former colleagues.

For the avoidance of doubt, there is no such thing as "American English". There is the English language and there are mistakes.

I recently finished Chuck Closterman's "Sex, Drugs, and CocoaPuffs". I haven't laughed out loud that many times at a book in my life.

I am now reading a book called "Heft on wheels".

Last read 'The World According to....Jeremy Clarkson'. Very very funny, and you can see him saying these things, which make it even funnier!!!

And now reading Dale Brown, Fatal Terrain! A refreshing look at how easy the World could plummet into a complete breakdown round the world! Gives Tome Clancy a real run for his money! Gripping, and unable to put it down at times!!!!!

Sepulchre, by Kate Mosse.
Intriguing, even more so as I was able to visit Rennes le chateau today, which is where a lot of the story is based.
