Got very good ear plugs? If you put that on, get a very good set fast. And hope you are excellent friend with your neighbors. The 1000s with that short of a can with absolutely not packing will be super loud.

yeap, thats gonna be loud.

you could make one yourself, just cut your exhaust off like that and weld a bit of baffle inside, probably run like a pig though as it'd mess your mixtures and back pressures up.

I dont think that counts as "exhaust", it's just a chrome tail pipe. cheaper to just ditch your can, cut, polish, and do deaf!

Here's another guy with the same pipes.
I know it's loud, but I came from an 1800cc v-twin with straight pipes, and I loved it. So this can't be that loud, right? I also do it because our state doesn't have any noise restrictions for motorcycles. I don't rev my bike in my neighborhood so they're all okay with it. Believe me, some of their cammed out cars are louder than my old hog. I wish somebody out there would make a real GP exhaust for the SV's like the ones on the R6's.

There is a big difference between the 650 and the 1000. I had yosh on my 1000, and they always set off alarms. That it go to the point I brought the yosh insert for them.

Do you ever wonder how states that do, end up with them?

Generally it's because small dicked arseholes with fuck all courtesy can't be left to act responsibly on their own; they always end up fitting useless pieces of shite like that that have no place on the street, to their street motorcycles, and that draws the ire of legislators.

Are you getting the point I'm trying to make?

Would you want a with that for a muffler riding down the street when your young baby was sleeping?

The only person that fits that to a street bike is one with absolutely no respect.

/edit: That rage isn't directed at you Ronn, just at all the wankers that have had my liberties stripped from me as a result of their own actions.

To be honest I don't like the sound at all myself as it reminds me of a quad/dirtbike.
