Hello and thanks for having me.

New to the group and have had my SV1000n K7 for a little under a year now. Wasn't looking for an SV but kind a fell in love with the look of this thing so took a chance on it. So its the naked version, limited black edition ive been told. Few Mods include, GSXR 750 Forks and calipers, wavy disks, gear indicator, Corbin seat. I am in the process of changing a few things. MT09 Headlight and surrounds, Ultra Low Renthals and a trail Tech Vapor dash (only need to wireup the infamous fuel light) Here she is, i will post the completed bike in a couple of weeks once done.

Welcome a board, and nice lookin ride.

I hate to put a damper on things but I suspect it could be a stripped down S.
Tank and engine case covers have been repainted, and looks like it could have the mounting lugs for the bikini near the head stock.
Country of purchase would help narrow things down.

If you are talking of the white spots, no idea what they are....the fairing mounts are little brackets that bolt on from inside the frame.....per below picture item number 10 or 12....

I wasnt sure if tank had been repainted because there are no S badges on it but the UNLEADED sticker is still on top so im thinking the badges were removed. the last owner was a mechanic and powder coated the engine casings as they looked a bit grubby. (I think its a nice touch) those mounting lugs you are talking about are hologram stickers for the smart water. they don't seem to be hiding anything and think its just where they put them. Dont see any mounts under tank either.. sure its genuine but you guys are the experts..

Vapor is almost complete and it looks awesome.. so easy to do and i will send a detailed description of whats needed... As i said i only need to get the fuel light working.. its an 07 so should have the load resistors in the tail. Hoping its an easy one.
