Hola, tal vez pueda ayudarte con algunas cosas, tuve un DL K6 al que puse levas y cuerpos acelerador SV con buenos resultados. conoces las diferencias reales entre los motores? Quiza te resulte mas facil mantener la parte electrica DL que adaptar todo el cableado. Ten en cuenta que aunque pongas centralita SV nunc trabajara exactamente como si fuera una SV ya que el airbox es mas pequeño y los colectores de escape diferentes, por lo tanto deberas reprogramar CDI o montar powercommander para corregir las diferencias. Si tienes alguna dida intentare ayudarte en lo que pueda.
This is more or less what you will get, the red curve is my DL with only powercommander, the blue one is the same bike with SV trees, no more changes than corrected AFR

2a2gtis, the site is pretty quiet around this time of year, so if anyone has a colour version of the wiring diagram, they probably haven't seen the post yet.
I woud assume that you may already have a colour diagram of the V-Strom setup.....i personally haven't heard of anyone with a colour SV one....
I would assume it would have to be copied and re-remdered by a very patient soul.
Hope you can get what you need, you will have a slightly more spirited DL then....

It may be easier for you to maintain the DL electrical part than to adapt all the wiring. Keep in mind that even if you put an SV control unit, it will never work exactly as if it were an SV since the airbox is smaller and the exhaust manifolds are different, therefore you will have to reprogram CDI or mount powercommander to correct the differences. There are lots of differences between the pre 14 DL1000 and SV1000s. Lots of internal and external differences.

Smaller lift and duration cams on DL
Rear intake cam indicator pins are phased different between bikes. All years DL use cam indicator pins including 14 and up. SVs only used cam pins and sensors on the 03/04s, 05 and up switched to a second manifold pressure sensor to sense each cylinder separately.
Pistons
Flywheels
Clutch
Connecting rods
Big end bearings
Main shafts
First gear ratios
6th gear ratios
Counter shaft spacer
Front sprocket
Front sprocket covers
Other differences that changed both on DL and SV were some oiling things in the cases.
Just a note, the DL after 14 have the pin but do not use it, they do not have the sensor. I just read a French technical magazine that lists the differences between SV 03 and DL, according to this the lobe centers would be 108.5 107 in SV and 102 108 in DL, is that correct?
After blocking that guy, i found a new set of 02 and 04 Suzuki wiring diagrams on Ebay stupid cheap. They are not color...ehh but either were any of my VW or Ducati diagrams.
