i hope to make it to the south west rideout this time (missed april) but i will only be returning from a trip to croatia (on the vstrom the previous weekend)but if we are not to knackered i will be there.

The mighty Leeds are playing in Brizzol on Friday, so might have to go up the night before - mind you; it will be wierd sat in the stands in my leathers!

Hi all looking forward to the rideout, I pick up my new baby this saturday 1098 ducati, yes i have gone italian but felt i needed cheering up so why not spend a bloody fortune on a bike at least it only has 2 cylinders, so for the first time i will have something in common with the sv's . Funny thing is I would never spend anywhere near that on a car. Anyhoo you will have to go gently with me as will be running bike in so best be in a slow group

You are avin a Giraffe you will be running that thing in at six thousand rpm, it redlines at sevenand a half.
I still reckon you are gonna take a bit of catchin.

my mistake redline is 9750 i think so will be slower, watching the birdies and looking at the pretty flowers
