I hope to come along too. Been a year or two since I last did it on my wobbly CB1300.

Cheers

I was down on business around minehead today, checking out some specialised equipment. Got every weather in the book, from grey & heavy 14 degrees at 9 am to 22 sunny for lunch to finish with lashing rain at 5.
The red arrow display was about to be cancelled as I was heading back. Stopped on the way back to the airport at the very nice ducati/ triumph/ Harley just before Bristol. He had a lovely rc8 and a couple of Ducati hypermottard in very nice shape much cheaper than back here

The thing about speed is that you can't catch the quick riders to ask them how they got so fast!

Looking good

AndyW, Steve (Russel's Ride), his better half, Kim, and I did a reconnaissance of the route as far as Lynmouth yesterday. Still a bit of gravel around, but for the most part the route was in good shape. From Lynmouth we came back to Wheddon Cross via Simonsbath, which is also a hell of a good ride if you get a chance to try it.

Every time I start thinking the world is all bad, then I start to think there's people out there having fun on motorcycles, then it makes me take another look.
