Struggling on cold start

My K5 on the last 2 outings has struggled on cold start, used to fire immediately, goes now with a bit of throttle after a few attempts, investigating tomorrow, runs fine and easy starts when hot - any tips? (PAIR blocked off, pc5 & map, full m4, 14k miles) cheers

What is your battery voltage reading when the key is on, during starting, and while the engine is running?

Do you need to adjust the cold start throttle position?

Thanks chaps, will go there (voltage - measure of the battery?) first - re cold start throttle position (I have a quick response throttle) just nudge the cable up a bit? Appreciating your advice

Cable? I am not sure what you are talking about. You might need to adjust the cold start adjuster on the throttle bodies so it holds the throttle open a bit more on cold start.
