Over bore kit for SV1000s

Hi from Greece ! I have for sale some goods for my drag bike SV1000s project, to stop for reasons ... I add link from Greece for the goods . I be happy to explain any detail for the over bore kit just pm me

How much for the whole kit? How many total CCs is this kit? What compression? Does it come with gasket kit?

Hi to all of you there !! I will give the price to they cost me and then the price to it is ok for me to sale them, but i must say some thing thirst for those goods and the story to make me manufacture them !
I race in drag race from 1991 and from the 2001 i race with a kawasaki zx7rr with a lot of mod on it ( 163 RWHP ) and i have for some years the 1st place in drag champion ship in category pro street 1 ( my best time and record from 2007 until 2015 is 9.4sec @ 402m ). so i by after a sv 1000s for use it in drag race in same category, i test it in 1 race as std, just with a hand made full exhaust system by me, to see if it is good for race . then i disassemble the engine and i order the goods for make it stronger for the target of very low 8sec. so the spec from good are :
stroker crankshaft +3mm ( cost me with crank 1600 euro), a Pankl set of 2 connecting rod from a Ducati SBK model with +1mm longer center to center distance for more open angle between rod and crank and modify the small end bearing for the piston pin ( cost 800 euro ), a costum CP piston set with -1mm from piston pin center to piston top surface for the same reasons as the longer rod wityh C/R from 12.8/1 to 14.6/1 ( that depend from gasket thickness bottom and head and mods on the head chamber ( cost me 600 euro ), set of 2 cylinders over boring to 102mm and make them nicalsil to Langcourt ( cost me 800 euro ), a set of TL1000r head modify them with over size valve ( IN: 42 & EX: 36 ) ( cost me head with valve job 1600 ), a set of camshaft from TL1000r reprofile in Kent with extreme specs for high rev ( cost me 800 euro ), 2 set of head gasket in 103mm ( cost 180 euro ), a set of stunt & nuts for cylinder head so i can torque the nuts to 85-95 Nm ( cost 180 euro ). the cc of the engine it go to the size of 1127cc and my target for this engine with the race tuning and set up it is 198 RWHP - 215 RWHP. Of course this monster power it is NOT for drive out on public rods, so with this kit and with more human set up it can have from 155 RWHP until 170 RWHP to it is more handle !!??.
So i know all this parts are total price : 6560 euros but i sale them as follow for each one :
Crank 1000 e, rods 600 e, pistons 500 e, cylinder 600 e, cylinder head 1200 e, cams 600 e, gasket 150 e, stunts& nuts 120 e. total : 4770 euro. Also i can suggest some mods so you dont need all the parts . Thanks for your time to read my post and if you like i can add some videos from my drag race both of my bike .

Hi "schmidt314", for your worry filling about " Wow 102mm on the stock cylinder puts the liner thickness extremely small where it protrudes from the lower section of the cylinder. " i inform you and of course all the people to the forum the follow spec for cylinder wall thickness. From the top until 68.5mm to the bottom, the smaller thickness are 4.5 mm from each wall of cylinder, then for the next 16mm the thickness are 3mm, and the next 32mm the thickness are 2.5mm. So for the first 69mm of the piston stroke the thickness of the wall are 4.5mm from each size, strong enough in my opinion !!!
