My 05 sv1000s

New member here. On my second SV1000S. Figured I’d post a few pics of my bike. Bunch of mods completed. Just recently upgraded rotors and pads all around. New chain and sprockets (vortex). Air box mod, pcIII, Yoshimura slip ons, aftermarket windscreen, aftermarket levers, aftermarket rear sets and passenger peg delete brackets. Currently 30k on the clock, valve adjustment next and also going to replace suspension. Any suggestions on best drop in replacement front end and rear suspension. Thanks all!

Welcome.....

YOu will ove the bike for sure....

I have 06-07 GSXR600/750 front end in mine, with an 04 GSXR1000 rear shock....

The front end is 3mm shorter than stock, so factor that into set-up....change the fluid from 2.5w to 5w in my opinion as well.
The rear shock is 3mm longer, which lifts the rear about 10mm above the axle, puts a little extra weight
over the front wheel, which they do need anyway.....

Get the springs done to suit your weight....and all will be well....

I might no' be a smart man Jenny....but i can pain' ma copper colored bike a dif'ren color.....
