So I crashed a 2003 SV1000 with 15k miles into an oncoming car a few years ago. It's been sitting in a lot waiting for me to move the engine into a custom frame, which never happened. I'm moving to Spain soon.
The bike had a salvage title when I bought it. I have the title somewhere...

i got another issue that started when i fitted PCIII
When i start my bike - (from cold) the revs go up for a while (as you would expect), but after about 1 , 2 minutes they go low and then the bike stops
If i start my bike when engine is hot - no issue at all - the revs are about 1K
I am rebuilding my sv1000 engine. i need to get the cylinders bored out. (always check your oil levels even if you have 60,000 miles and no leaks) i want to do the .030 over. will i need to get new pistons? can i just get new rings? what all do i need to adjust, buy, replace, if i get them bored...
