Hello people

what sort of chain and sprocket have people used to replace the ones on their bike? Is it hard to do yourself? Many thanks

Here i use RK with RK brand sprockets...... had excellent life from them. Also went from using spray to Motul chain paste....put it on with a toothbrush on the inside of the chain.
Without doubt, that has increased my chainlife by 20%

Nah, i find they are whiter....err, paler....ummm, not as biege as before.....and the taste...the drooping lip is more concerning....takes my mind of the taste
