It looks like it would be prone to damage sticking out like that.
You have likely added significantly more rotational inertia from stock causing engine to pick up revs a slower.
I would like to see an image that shows more of the bike. I can’t imagine the cosmetic looks of this is desired.
If it works, it works I guess.
