Someone, anyone please help! I have a full faring SV1000s and I have ordered frame sliders and it say I have to do no cutting. Says that they bolt right on with no problems! But I am having problems of how and where to mount them. Can anyo e please help me and show me pics of how they are installed?

Which frame sliders do you have? there are 2 different types.
Below is a picture of the ones you need if you have full fairings.

Maybe you bought the ones that bolt on the fairing mounts?

In which case pray you never have to use them as they are cosmetic, nothing else!

The picture Ken put up are the type that WILL actually help if your bike was to hit the deck.

kenbarcon, what brand of sliders are they? I have been looking for a bracket mount which utilises two points of contact and keeps it off the frame.

Its alright I see they are SV1000 frame sliders from R&G.
