i did a search through the forum but all posts on the subject seem to be old.
Anyhow, i have excessive play on my front right disc rotor.
the rotor and carrier are looking fine but it is just loose and got advised by my local mechanic to start looking for a replacement. $$$€€.
As anyone tried these "CORSE DYNAMICS Full Floating Rotor Button"

Someone on here used epoxy resin to sort that problem, but I wouldn't recommend it. Just a thought, before you spend money on replacement buttons, check the thickness of your discs to make sure they are still within specification, you might still have to bite the bullet and spend those hard eared Euros.

the rotor is well within the specs with no scoring, groove or lip. not much point in buying new discs if they are going to go the same way. From reading the net, it seems to be quite common on suzuki and kawasaki of that era. Mine is a 2003 but the mileage is low-ish, and i really don't fancy spending £300+ on new discs unless i really have to.
