STG seems to have a solid model provided everything goes according to Hoyle; however, it was my experience that once things begin to go awry the situation quickly careens off the rails.

There was a quality issue with a supplier that I took up directly with the supplier. STG unilaterally inserted themselves, ostensibly, to represent me, the consumer. That said, I found their communication:

• Existed on a continuum between Uninformed to Ineffectual
• Seemingly more focused on maintaining their relationship with the supplier than the stated purpose of representing the consumer.

My longer term opinion of STG would have been better served had they not done anything.
