Briefly saw 165 mph on my SV1000s. Then cam ethe 180 degree turn.. made it, barely......

I was up near Meteor Crater on I-40 a few years back. I looked down & saw 143 MPH & had power in reserve. Then it dawned on me I was wearing a t-shirt & jeans & I better quit screwing around!! Love how stable it feels at high speeds for sure. My Intruder 1500 & Ultra Classic start getting squirrelly 🐿 over 85 MPH...

I voted 150, but e are in KMH and i have seen 248, which is 154mph....... on standard 17/40 gearing......

243 km/h is the last number I could see. I was not able to observe speedo further. It was still pulling hard for the next 2-3 seconds, then I had to braaaaaake.
